Courtney is excited to announce her candidacy for Charles Town City Council, Ward 3. She was born and raised in Charles Town WV, and is passionate about preserving the historic charm of Charles Town while creating an environment where small businesses can flourish and grow in the community. She is dedicated to promoting the health and safety in the neighborhoods, and wants to be accessible to the community as their personal liaison for their local government.
